Founder of Bloom Design, a graphic design and web development studio based in Pretoria. With a Bachelor Degree of Communication studies in Graphic Design I have over 16 years experience in advertising, branding and design. I am a creative and dedicated individual with a burning desire to give 100% in every project and aspect of life. The only thing I love more than good design is my life partner and our two perfect children.

I completed a 4 year Bachelor Degree in Communication studies in Graphic Design at the North-West University in Potchefstroom. During my studies (2004-2007) I played the important role of graphic designer for two different student council portfolios.

 

After graduating in March 2008, my intrigue and interest in all things creative prompted me to test the waters in England – which turned out to be a successful 3 years in the UK. I completed my working experience at Baboon Creative in Nottingham, after which I got appointed as a full-time graphic designer for Stylistic Web Design in Belper, Derbyshire. Some of my tasks included: the design of bespoke websites, brand development, creating in-house marketing material, print preparation, concept formulation, project management and confidently dealing with clients.
